This feedback comes only from those who were actually present: the ticket buyers who attended the event.
Turn reactions into personal moments
You can now like a fan’s reaction and reply privately.
When you reply, they get a notification in the Shotgun app and see your message directly.
It’s a straightforward, personal moment shared between you and someone who was part of the show.
Now you know who your biggest supporters are
You can now identify your superfans with badges:
Top 1%, Top 3%, Top 5%
.These badges appear in your fan CRM and next to fan reactions. So when you reply to a reaction, you know exactly who you’re talking to.
You’ll unlock this feature once you’ve performed a minimum number of events sold on Shotgun.
